01 — Scope

What the audit covers.

Fixed at the start so it cannot drift, and specific enough that you can check whether we delivered it.

Full-funnel analysis

Every step from entry to conversion, measured against your own analytics rather than category benchmarks. Where visitors leave, in what volume, and what that costs you monthly.

Session recording review

Watching real sessions at the steps where the numbers say something is wrong. Analytics tells you where; recordings usually tell you why.

Analytics validation

Confirming your tracking measures what you think it measures. A surprising share of audits find a conversion event firing incorrectly, which invalidates whatever came before.

Competitive teardown

How direct competitors handle the same funnel steps — not to copy them, but to find the conventions your visitors already expect and the places you are fighting them.

Prioritized test roadmap

Every hypothesis ranked by expected value against implementation effort, with the metric it should move and the reason to believe it will. This is the deliverable everything else feeds.

Personalization opportunities

Where your funnel is serving one experience to audiences that clearly want different ones, and what it would take to split them.

02 — Sequence

How the two weeks run.

  1. 01

    Access and kickoff

Analytics, session recording, and testing-platform access. A short call to understand what you have already tried and what is politically off the table.

    Day 1–2
  2. 02

    Quantitative pass

Funnel measurement, drop-off quantification, segment breakdowns, and tracking validation. This produces the list of places worth looking at.

    Day 2–5
  3. 03

    Qualitative pass

Session recordings, heuristic review, and competitive teardown against the steps the numbers flagged. This produces the reasons.

    Day 5–8
  4. 04

    Roadmap and readout

Hypotheses written, ranked, and walked through live so you can push back on the prioritization before it is final.

    Day 8–10
What it is not

This is not a redesign proposal, and it is not a 60-page PDF that restates your analytics back to you. If what you actually need is a redesign, the audit will say so — that is a different purchase, and one we will point you elsewhere for rather than dress up as a testing program.

03 — Questions

About the audit.

What do we actually receive?

A prioritized test roadmap: each hypothesis with the metric it should move, the reasoning behind it, an expected-value ranking, and the implementation effort. Alongside it, the funnel analysis and competitive teardown that produced it. It is a working document, not a slide deck.

Can we use the roadmap with another vendor?

Yes. It is yours outright. We would rather you run the roadmap with someone else than have you feel locked in — and in practice, an audit that produces a roadmap you can act on anywhere is the strongest argument for continuing with us.

How long does it take?

One to two weeks depending on funnel complexity and how quickly we get analytics access. The scope is fixed at the start, so it does not drift.

Do we need to commit to a retainer afterwards?

No. The audit is a standalone paid engagement with no obligation attached. That is the entire point of it existing.

Start

Two weeks to a roadmap.

Tell us about your funnel and traffic. If the audit is not the right starting point, we will say which one is.
