Four ways in.
These are designed to work as a sequence, not a menu. The audit de-risks the retainer; the retainer earns the personalization build; the fractional engagement is for companies that already have hands and need an agenda.
CRO & Personalization Audit
A fixed-scope, one-to-two week paid engagement that ends in a prioritized test roadmap you own outright — whether or not you continue with us.
- Full-funnel analysis against your real analytics
- Session recording review and competitive teardown
- Roadmap ranked by expected value
- Yours to keep, and to hand to any vendor
Experimentation Retainer
The ongoing monthly program: hypothesis generation, variant build, QA, launch, analysis, and stakeholder reporting. Higher test velocity at the same retainer as a traditional agency.
- A running test calendar, not a project plan
- Cycle time tracked and reported to you
- Guardrail metrics watched from launch
- Results called on pre-registered criteria
Fractional CRO / Head of Growth
Strategic ownership of your experimentation program, directing your internal team or another execution vendor. For companies with capacity but no one setting the agenda.
- Program strategy and prioritization
- Direction of internal or vendor execution
- Stakeholder and board-level reporting
- Experimentation practice built to outlast us
Personalization Build
Fixed-scope implementation of a personalization layer — segment logic, dynamic content, and targeting rules — in your existing platform or as a custom logic layer.
- Segment definition grounded in test data
- Dynamic content and targeting rules
- QA across every segment combination
- Documented so your team can extend it
The sequence most programs actually follow.
You can start anywhere, but this order exists because each step de-risks the next one.
-
01
Audit first
Two weeks, fixed fee, concrete deliverable. You learn how we think and what your funnel is actually doing, at a price that does not require a committee.
-
02
Retainer second
The roadmap from the audit becomes a running test calendar. This is where compounding starts, and where velocity begins to show up in the numbers.
-
03
Personalization third
Once tests have shown that your average result is hiding different audiences, personalization is the way to act on it. Sold as a project, usually as an upsell.
-
04
Fractional, when the shape changes
Some companies grow their own execution capacity and need strategic ownership instead. That is a different engagement, and we will say so rather than keeping you on a retainer that no longer fits.
Engagement pricing is quoted per program after the qualification call, because scope genuinely depends on funnel complexity and the test velocity you want to commit to. You will have a number in writing before any proposal call, and we would rather tell you we are not a fit than sell you a retainer your traffic cannot support.
What people ask before the first call.
How is this different from a traditional CRO agency?
Traditional agencies hand-build every test, which puts the bottleneck in the build queue rather than in the thinking. We use AI assistance across research, variant implementation, and pre-launch QA, which compresses the time between a hypothesis being agreed and the test being live. The strategy and the call on results stay human-owned.
Do you need access to our codebase?
Usually not. Most tests run through your existing testing platform — VWO, Optimizely, or Intellimize — which injects variants without a deploy. Deeper personalization work or server-side testing may need repository access, and we scope that explicitly before it becomes a dependency.
How much traffic do we need?
Enough monthly conversions to reach significance inside a sensible window, which matters more than raw sessions. A site with heavy traffic but very few conversion events will still test slowly. We check this against your real numbers on the qualification call before proposing anything.
Who actually does the work?
Delivery is founder-led. You are not handed to a junior account team after the sales call. As retainer volume grows we bring in contractors for implementation, but the strategy, the analysis, and the call on every result stay with the same person throughout.
Can you work in Spanish?
Yes, and not as a translation layer. Copy tests for Spanish-language funnels are written in Spanish by someone with genuine LATAM market fluency. Translated English copy tests badly, which is one reason this segment is underserved.
Start with a teardown.
A call on your funnel, then a short qualification form so we can check the traffic math before either of us spends time on a proposal.
