What We Built
menu.link was built from zero as a venture studio partnership between Awasero and a team of hospitality industry veterans. The challenge was clear: restaurants were stuck with static PDF menus or expensive third-party platforms that offered little flexibility and zero intelligence. We set out to build a digital menu platform that could think as fast as a kitchen can cook.
The platform gives restaurants a digital menu that updates in real-time -- no more printing new menus every time a price changes or a dish sells out. It supports multiple languages out of the box, making it ideal for tourist-heavy locations and international chains. Under the hood, AI analyzes customer interaction patterns to optimize menu layout, suggest pricing strategies, and highlight dishes with the best margin-to-popularity ratio.
Today, menu.link is deployed across more than 3,000 restaurants and serves over 4 million monthly active users. From single-location bistros to multi-city restaurant groups, the platform scales effortlessly while keeping each venue's brand identity intact. The product continues to evolve with features like dietary preference filtering, allergy alerts, and real-time inventory integration.
